Regular House & Apartment Cleaning 

When you have a million things to catch up with over the weekend, the last thing you want to do is spend hours cleaning your home only to repeat the process in a couple of days. What is the cost of cleaning for my home? 

Every home and family are different, and everyone has different cleaning needs. Which is why we customize the price to the clients’ cleaning needs, size of the house and depending how often the cleanings are wanted. Please give us a call to schedule a free estimate!

What’s included in a regular cleaning service? 

As part of a regular cleaning service, our teams will:

Standard Tasks in All Rooms

• Dust windowsills, decorative items, wall hangings, blinds, ceiling fans, and furniture

• Remove cobwebs

• General tidying

• Vacuum all floors, stairs, carpets & rugs, mop all hard surface floors

Standard Tasks in Bathrooms

• Clean & disinfect sinks, counters, faucets, cabinet fronts, toilets, tubs & showers

• Clean floors & mirrors

Standard Tasks in Kitchen

• Clean & disinfect sinks, faucets & counters

• Clean exterior of appliances, including stovetop & drip pans

• Spot clean cabinet doors, clean & disinfect cabinet handles

Extra Touches

• Empty wastebaskets and place trash in outside receptacle

• Vacuum family room furniture

• Wash window over sink

• Make beds

One-time cleanings: 

Whether it’s for the holidays, parties, or any special occasions you’ll always want to have a sparkly home for guest to arrive to, which is why we also offer our one-time cleanings. With our one-time cleanings you also have the option to choose from our deep or regular cleanings, the prices will also still vary on the size and the condition the house is in. 

Vacant Move in/ out cleaning: 

We know how stressful moving can be. The last thing you need to worry about is cleaning the old/new home. Whether you are a renter moving out or a landlord with a new tenant, let the experts of The Green Maids take over and get the cleaning done for you!  

How much does a move-out/in cleaning cost? 

The cost of a deep cleaning on vacant homes are by the hour, however the hourly price depends on the size of your house or apartment and the condition that is in. If you are interested, please give us a call to schedule you for a free estimate! (Inside of oven and fridge are not included and will be additional pricing).

• Ceiling fan blades

• Light fixtures (hand washed in place/not removed)

• Cobwebs removed

• Blinds & shutters (vacuumed or wiped with microfiber)

• Windowsills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)

• Baseboards (band washed or wiped)

• Outside of appliances cleaned (for microwave inside cleaned)

• Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed

• All Cabinet fronts wiped down (inside and out)

• All Doors (wiped down)

• Light switch plates (washed)

• Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)

• All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)

• Mirrors (Windex all the way to top*)

• Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed if build up)

• All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)

• Stairs (vacuumed, wood mopped and swept)

• Floors (vacuumed/ mopped)

• All drawers opened, wiped out

• All shelves wiped off

• Oven cleaning (by request)

• Refrigerator cleaning (by request)

• Power Washing (by request)

• Window Washing (by request)
